I. Introduction

On this page you can read what happens to your personal data when you visit my website www.salonbnb.cz, order my services, send me an enquiry, or subscribe to my newsletter or comment on this website and this page also contains a description of how cookies will be handled in your browser. And at the end of it all, you will learn what rights you have regarding your personal data.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, to which the General Data Protection Regulation (“the Regulation”) applies.

II. Who manages your personal data?

III. Ordering services, consultations or training

In connection with your order, I will process the following personal data:

  • name, surname,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • ID NUMBER/ID NUMBER,
  • order details and any other personal data you provide when placing an order.

If you have filled in the personal data of other course participants, you declare that you are authorized to register them.

I need to process this personal data in order to process your order and fulfil what we have agreed. Such processing of personal data is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract. In addition, we process this data for the purpose of recording the contract and in case a dispute arises between us.

For these reasons, I process the above personal data for a period of 10 years from the execution of the last part of the contract, unless another legal regulation requires me to keep the contractual documentation for even longer than 10 years. Such processing is possible on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation – the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the purposes of a legitimate interest.

As you are becoming my client by placing an order, newsletters and other commercial communications may be sent to your e-mail address, unless you opt-out. This procedure is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services. You can withdraw these communications at any time – for example, by sending an e-mail to info@krcmic.cz with the wording “I refuse to receive commercial communications” or by clicking on the link in the commercial communication that allows you to cancel the transmission.

The processing of personal data is carried out by me.

The following processors or third parties also process personal data for me:

  • web hosting provider, THINline s.r.o., Jeseniova 1196/52, 130 00 Praha 3 – Žižkov, ID No.: 26747359 VAT No.: CZ26747359;
  • Mailchimp marketing software provider, The Rocket Science Group, LLC;
  • I also share your personal data, with your consent, with entities that help me with online marketing offers, including displaying commercial offers in their environment. These companies include Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (operator of Facebook and Instagram, among others), Seznam.cz., a.s.;
  • Other providers of processing software, services and applications, where applicable, but not currently used by the controller.

IV. Contact form

In case of your enquiry via the contact form, we process your following personal data:

  • Name and surname,
  • email address,
  • phone number,
  • the text of the message,
  • IP address.

I process the name, surname, email address and phone number in order to answer your query. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. I will process this personal data for a period of 2 years, unless you give your consent for further processing or the communication results in a request for my services.

The IP address will be processed for the purpose of preventing attacks on servers or spam. This is permitted by Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.

The processing of personal data is carried out by me as the data controller. However, the following processors or third parties also process personal data for me:

  • The web hosting provider, THINline s.r.o., Jeseniova 1196/52, 130 00 Praha 3 – Žižkov, ID No.: 26747359 VAT No.: CZ26747359;
    Provider of the Akismet spam detector service, Automattic Inc.,
  • With your consent, I also share your personal data with entities that help me with online marketing offers, collecting cookies, including displaying commercial offers in their environment. These companies are Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (among others, operator of the social networks Facebook and Instagram), Seznam.cz., a.s., Usercentrics A/S (provider of the Cookiebot service), a company registered in Denmark under file number 34624607.
  • Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the controller.

V. Subscription to newsletters

If you wish to receive the newsletter and subscribe to it, I process the following personal data about you:

  • e-mail address,
  • your name and surname, if you have filled them in.

The email address, name and surname will be processed for the purpose of inclusion in the database for sending newsletters and commercial communications. This personal data may be processed on the basis of your consent. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.

Personal data will be processed for this purpose for a period of 3 years from the date of consent, unless you extend this period yourself.

You give your explicit consent to the above processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email to info@salonbnb.cz or by clicking on the link in the newsletter. If you withdraw your consent, I will stop sending you any newsletters.

The processing of personal data is carried out by me, but personal data may also be processed for me by the following other processors:

  • The web hosting provider, THINline s.r.o., Jeseniova 1196/52, 130 00 Praha 3 – Žižkov, ID: 26747359 VAT: CZ26747359.
  • Mailchimp marketing software provider, The Rocket Science Group, LLC.

VII. What rights do you have?

You have the following rights under the Regulation:

  • object to processing on the basis of our legitimate interest,
  • withdraw the consent you have given,
  • request information from us about what personal data we process, request a copy of the personal data we process,
  • request access to and have this data updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing,
  • require us to erase that personal data, which we will do unless it is contrary to applicable law or our legitimate interests,
  • to data portability where the processing is automated by consent or for the performance of a contract,
  • to effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights under the Regulation have been infringed as a result of the processing of your personal data in breach of this Regulation, to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

These terms and information will take effect on 1 April 2020.
